Question 13 Days in Turkey Before Heading to Greece

I'm considering signing up for a 13-day tour in Turkey and then heading over to Greece afterward. Has anyone done this combo before? I'm curious about how to best plan the transition between the two countries. What are some must-see places in Turkey that should not be missed, and do you have recommendations for Greece? Also, any tips on travel logistics between the two? Thanks in advance!
