Prior to leaving for England, I posted on this board about ideas for traveling with arthritis in mind. Now that I'm back, I wanted to share my experience. From the cobblestone streets of York to the endless walking in London, managing arthritis was challenging but doable with the right preparation. I used a mix of public transport, taxis, and strategic resting spots to make the most of my trip without overdoing it. For those with similar concerns, I found that early morning walks were less crowded and more comfortable. I also packed a lightweight folding cane, which was a lifesaver. If anyone has tips for traveling with arthritis or questions about my itinerary, I'd love to hear them.
