Hi! So I'm taking a mini-break from my stay in Skipton to spend 4 nights in mid-May in Conwy. I'm really excited to explore the area, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to spend my time there. Any must-see attractions, local eateries, or hidden gems? I’ve heard about the castle, but what else should I include in my itinerary? Also, how about some tips on getting around? Would love to hear your thoughts!

That sounds like a fantastic trip! In addition to Conwy Castle, I'd recommend checking out the beautiful town walls and the picturesque Plas Mawr for a taste of Elizabethan architecture. Don’t miss a stroll along the Conwy Quay—perfect for some quirky photos! For local eats, try the fish and chips at The Archway or grab a sweet treat at The Smallest House in Great Britain! 🚶‍♂️ As for getting around, Conwy is quite walkable, but you could also rent a bike for a fun twist on exploring. Any particular activities you're keen on?

Sounds like you're in for a treat! In addition to the great suggestions above, consider visiting the beautiful Bodnant Garden, just a short drive from Conwy. It's perfect if you enjoy scenic views and tranquil walks. Also, if you’re up for a bit of adventure, the nearby Snowdonia National Park offers stunning hikes. Have you thought about how much time you want to dedicate to each activity? That could help in planning your itinerary better!

Conwy is a gem with plenty to offer, even if you're not overly enthusiastic about planning. Beyond the castle, the town walls and Plas Mawr are worth a casual visit. For a change of pace, Bodnant Garden and Snowdonia National Park are great for some low-effort scenic enjoyment. As for food, The Archway and The Smallest House in Great Britain are solid choices without much fuss. Since Conwy is walkable, you can take it easy and explore at your own pace. Any specific vibe you're going for, or are you just winging it?
