Advice 6-Hour Layover in Orlando: What to Do?

I found myself with a 6.5-hour layover in Orlando (MCO) Terminal B on my way to Heathrow, thanks to a budget fare with Delta. I’d love some suggestions on how to make the most of this time. Should I stick around the terminal, or is it possible to venture out and see a bit of Orlando? Any tips on what to do, where to eat, or how to maximize my time would be super helpful!
