Hi fellow travelers! I’m planning an 8-day trip for four women in late April/early May, starting with four days in Lisbon. I’ve got a rough itinerary but need some advice on must-visit spots, local dining recommendations, and any hidden gems we shouldn't miss. We’re arriving and have a free afternoon on Day 1, and the rest of the trip is still open for exploration. Any tips on how to make the most of our Lisbon adventure would be super helpful! Thanks in advance!

That sounds like an exciting trip! For your free afternoon on Day 1, I'd suggest exploring the Alfama district. It's charming with its narrow streets, colorful buildings, and stunning views from the Miradouro de Santa Luzia. As for dining, don't miss out on trying some pastéis de nata at Pastéis de Belém! For hidden gems, check out the LX Factory for unique shops and local art. If you like a good view, the rooftop bars around the city are perfect for sunset. Have you thought about day trips to Sintra or Cascais? They’re absolutely worth it!
