I'm 70 and in decent shape, but I'm concerned that the 4 to 6 miles a day walking advertised for an Adriatic tour might be too much for me. Has anyone around my age or with similar concerns taken this tour? How did you find the physical demands? Were there options to rest or alternative activities if the walking was too strenuous? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any tips you might have for making the most of the tour without overdoing it.
