I'm considering Rick Steves' Best of Europe in 14 Days tour and I’m curious if it’s really worth it. I've heard mixed reviews, especially that it skips the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Church in Rome, which feels like a big miss. What experiences have you had with this tour? Did you find the itinerary balanced, or were there key spots you felt were necessary that weren't included? Would love to hear what you all think!

I completely understand your concerns! While the RS tour covers a lot of ground, it's true that some iconic spots can be missed. However, I found that the itinerary does a good job of balancing major cities with unique local experiences. If you're looking for more value, consider adding a day or two on your own in Rome to catch those must-see sites like the Sistine Chapel. Have you looked into any add-on excursions or activities that could enhance your experience? They might be worth the extra cost for a more complete trip!
