Review Avoid Qunita de Marrocos in Douro Region

We were so excited to read Rick's recommendation for Qunita de Marrocos and immediately booked for Fall 2023. However, our experience was far from what we expected. The service was lacking, and the accommodations didn’t meet the standards we anticipated. Has anyone else been there recently? What was your experience like? I'd love to hear if others had a different take or if they faced similar issues.
