In September 2025, we're heading to Italy for the first time and will be arriving in Florence by train. I’m excited but a bit overwhelmed with where to stay. Are there specific neighborhoods that are more convenient for first-time visitors? I’m looking for a good mix of local charm, proximity to key sights, and maybe a few recommendations on affordable accommodations. Any tips from those who've been there would be super helpful!
