Question Best City for a 3-Day Trip from Zagreb?

I'm heading to Zagreb for 10 days in August and would love to explore some nearby cities for short trips. If you had to choose one city to visit for 3 days from Zagreb, which one would it be and why? I'm looking for a mix of culture, great food, and maybe some stunning scenery. Any tips on what to do or see there would be awesome too!
