I'm planning a trip to Spain and really want to dive into the local cuisine with a hands-on cooking class. I'm considering Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, or Granada but not sure where to start. Has anyone taken a cooking class in any of these cities? I'm looking for something authentic and interactive, not just a demonstration. Any recommendations or experiences you can share would be awesome!
