Question Best Day Trips from Stockholm in Late March?

We're planning a day trip from Stockholm in late March and are considering a few options. We're interested in historical sites, nature, and maybe something unique to the area. Places like Uppsala, Sigtuna, and the archipelago have come up in our research, but we're not sure which would be the best choice for that time of year. Has anyone done a day trip from Stockholm around late March? What was your experience like, and do you have any recommendations?
