I’ll be on the Rick Steves Venice, Florence, Rome in 10 days tour this April 2025. In planning my days, I’m curious about the best times to dine in these cities to avoid crowds and experience local dining culture. I’ve heard Italians eat late, but how does that work with a packed tour schedule? Also, any recommendations for must-try local dishes in each city would be amazing. Looking forward to your insights!
