Question Best Eats in Bratislava for a Night

I’ll be in Bratislava for one night this September 2024 and am looking for any recommendations on where to grab a good meal. Are there specific restaurants that offer local cuisine, or maybe hidden gems that aren't too touristy? I’m open to trying anything from traditional Slovak dishes to interesting street food.
