We just returned from France and had an amazing time exploring Vaison-la-Romaine. We followed the Rick Steves guidebook for Provence and the French Riviera, but I kept hearing great things about Janet Henderson as a local guide. Has anyone had experiences with her? How does she compare to using a guidebook? I'm curious if her insights and tours are worth it for a deeper understanding of the region. Any thoughts?
