We're heading to Maribor for a couple of nights and really want to dive into the local food scene. Does anyone have recommendations for authentic local places to eat? We're interested in trying traditional Slovenian dishes and maybe some hidden gems that aren't too touristy. Any specific dishes we should absolutely not miss?
