I'm planning a trip to St. Petersburg and Moscow and I'm on the hunt for some great local restaurants. I'm not looking for anything too fancy, just places with amazing local food that give you a real taste of the culture. Think along the lines of mom-and-pop spots or hidden gems that locals love.
