Discussion Best of Adriatic Tour: May 2025

We're booked for the Best of Adriatic tour next May 2025 (5/25-6/7) and super excited! We'll be arriving two nights early to explore on our own. I'm curious if anyone has recommendations for must-see spots or hidden gems in the area, especially around Dubrovnik and Split. Also, any tips on local cuisine or activities would be fantastic. Can't wait to share this journey with fellow travelers!

In addition to the great suggestions already mentioned, I’d recommend exploring the Old Town of Dubrovnik during the early morning or late evening to avoid crowds and soak in the serene atmosphere. Also, don’t miss the opportunity to try fresh seafood—many local restaurants have their own catch of the day. As for Split, the animated Riva promenade is perfect for people-watching. Since you enjoy hidden gems, check out the lesser-known beaches like Bacvice or Trstenik. Have you planned any specific activities aside from sightseeing?
