We're planning to visit Pompeii next month and have added an extra day to our itinerary specifically for this. I'm trying to figure out the best way to experience Pompeii in a day. Should we go for a guided tour, or is it better to explore on our own? Also, any recommendations for must-see spots within Pompeii that we shouldn't miss? Would love to hear from anyone who's done a day tour there and can share their experiences or tips.
