I'm planning a trip to Montenegro this August and I'm looking for the best towns to stay in. I won't have a car, so I really want places that are close to the beach and have good public transport options. Any recommendations on towns that have a nice vibe, great beaches, and maybe some local attractions to check out? Would love to hear what others have experienced!
