Advice Best Walking Shoes for Flat Feet in Italy?

Hello! I'm planning a trip to Italy and need some advice on the best walking shoes, especially since I'm very flat-footed. I usually love my Birkenstocks, but I'm not sure they'll hold up for all the walking we'll be doing. I've heard good things about Abeo, Vionic, and Dansko for support and comfort. Has anyone with flat feet tried these brands while traveling? How did they perform on cobblestone streets and long days of sightseeing? Any other recommendations would be super helpful!
