Hello there. I'm planning on traveling to Ireland in two years time, as a trip before I go to college. I'm trying to figure out the best ways to get around the country. I've heard that public transportation is pretty good, but I'm also considering renting a car to have more flexibility. Does anyone have experience with both options? How easy is it to navigate the roads, and are there any must-know tips for using public transport? Also, are there any hidden gems that are easier to reach with one mode of transport over the other?
