Hello, I'm traveling to Belgium at the end of April, 2025, and will specifically be in Liege for a few days. I'm trying to figure out the best ways to navigate the city. Should I rely on public transportation, or is it better to rent a car? Also, if anyone has tips on must-visit spots in Liege that are a bit off the beaten path, I'd love to hear about them.
