Question C-PAP Policies with LOT Airlines

Hi everyone! I'm curious about the C-PAP policies with LOT Airlines since I’ve heard they treat it differently than other airlines. Can anyone confirm if they allow it as an additional carry-on? Also, how does the TSA handle C-PAP machines at US airports when flying with LOT? Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful!
