We're planning a trip to both London and Barcelona with our 4-year-old, who currently weighs 42 lbs. I'm a bit confused about the car seat laws and requirements in these cities. Do we need to bring our own car seat, or are there reliable rental options? Also, how strictly are these laws enforced? Any advice or experiences with traveling with young kids in these cities would be super helpful.
