We're heading to Ragusa in early May 2025, and we’re really keen on taking a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Ragusan dishes. Does anyone have recommendations for good cooking schools or experiences? We’re looking for classes that are hands-on and maybe even include a market visit. Any tips on what dishes we should focus on would also be awesome! Thanks!
