I'm planning a trip to Spain from April 25th to May 10th and considering booking a road or gravel cycling tour. I've heard great things about both Girona and Mallorca for cycling, but I'm torn between the two. Girona seems to offer a mix of challenging climbs and scenic routes, while Mallorca is known for its smooth roads and beautiful coastal views. Has anyone cycled in both places? Which one would you recommend for someone looking for a mix of challenging rides and stunning landscapes? Also, any tips on the best time of day to ride or must-see spots along the way would be awesome!
