I'm planning a trip to England and have been reading up on midges. I'm really sensitive to bug bites, so I'm a bit worried about how bad they might be. Has anyone had experiences with midges in England, especially in the countryside or near lakes? How did you deal with them, and would you recommend any specific repellents or strategies?
