My husband, daughter (19), and I are traveling to Plovdiv, Bulgaria, to watch my other daughter row. We're considering renting a car to explore the area more freely. Has anyone driven in Bulgaria before? How are the roads, and what should we be aware of in terms of driving rules or local driving habits?
