I had a flight with Cathay Pacific that got canceled back in January, and they refunded the ticket to Ebookers, who I booked through. But here's the kicker – I still haven't seen my money back! I've been in touch with their customer service, but it feels like I'm just going in circles. Has anyone else had issues with Ebookers regarding refunds? What steps did you take to resolve it? I could really use some advice or shared experiences right now.
