I've gone through US passport control in Brussels a couple of times, and it can vary. Usually, wait times can be anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour, especially during peak travel seasons. A tip I found helpful is to have your documents ready and filled out before you reach the counter. Also, try to avoid traveling on busy weekends if you can.
