I'm organizing a trip for a small group of seniors and considering buying a rail pass through ACP Rail, which Rick Steves recommends. I've heard mixed things about them, though, especially when it comes to customer service and the actual value of the passes. Has anyone here used ACP Rail for a similar trip? How was your experience with their passes and customer service? Also, any tips on getting the most out of a rail pass for a senior group would be super helpful.
