I have a Capital One account and debit card (Mastercard) that I use exclusively for my foreign travel. Recently, I've been having some issues with it not being accepted at certain ATMs or stores, even though it's supposed to be widely accepted internationally. Has anyone else faced similar problems? How did you resolve them? Also, any tips on ensuring smooth transactions abroad with Capital One would be greatly appreciated.
