Discussion Food Markets in Budapest: Which is Best?

Hi all! I'm heading to Budapest in about 3 weeks and staying near Oktogon Square. I'm a huge fan of local food markets and want to check out the best ones while I'm there. I've heard a lot about the Great Market Hall, but I've also seen some mentions of the local farmer's markets and perhaps even the taste of street food around the city. Which markets do you recommend for authentic experiences? And are there any specific dishes I shouldn't miss? Looking forward to your insights!
