I need to vent about my experience with Allianz Travel Insurance. To put it simply, the service I received while trying to file a claim was pretty poor. It felt like no matter how many times I reached out, my concerns were either ignored or took forever to resolve. Has anyone else faced similar issues with their claims process? I’m curious if this is a common experience or if it’s just me. Any tips on how to deal with these situations would be appreciated too.
