Discussion Headout: Legit or a Scam?

I scheduled a tour of Athens with Headout, and now I'm having second thoughts. Is this a scam? I've heard mixed reviews online, and I'm starting to feel a bit nervous about it. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with them? Please tell me I didn't just throw my money away. Looking for some reassurance or reality check here!
