I'm planning a trip from England to various parts of Europe and can't decide whether to fly out of Heathrow or Gatwick. I know Heathrow is bigger and has more flights, but Gatwick seems less hectic and might be cheaper. For those who've flown to Europe from both, which do you prefer and why? Are there any specific advantages or disadvantages I should consider, like transportation to the airports or the overall travel experience?
