Discussion Hidden Gem Restaurants in Budapest Not in Rick's Book

I recently stumbled upon two amazing restaurants in Budapest that aren't mentioned in Rick Steves' guidebook, and they were absolutely worth the visit. The first one had an incredible fusion of traditional Hungarian dishes with a modern twist, and the second offered a cozy atmosphere with some of the best local wines I've ever tasted. Has anyone else found some hidden gems in Budapest that aren't in the usual guidebooks?
