I recently stumbled upon two amazing restaurants in Budapest that aren't mentioned in Rick Steves' guidebook, and they were absolutely worth the visit. The first one had an incredible fusion of traditional Hungarian dishes with a modern twist, and the second offered a cozy atmosphere with some of the best local wines I've ever tasted. Has anyone else found some hidden gems in Budapest that aren't in the usual guidebooks? I'm always on the lookout for unique dining experiences that offer a taste of the local culture without the tourist crowds.
