We just got back from a week in the Netherlands and wanted to share our experiences at Hotel Esterea and some restaurants in Amsterdam, Delft, and Gouda. Hotel Esterea was a cozy spot with excellent service, but we'd love to hear if others have stayed there and what they thought. As for food, we tried a few places but are curious about your go-to spots in these cities. Any hidden gems or must-try dishes we might have missed?
