I’m not planning on getting sick on my upcoming trip, but if I do, I want to be prepared. I know travel insurance policies have changed a lot since the pandemic started, and I’m curious about the current (2024) guidance for documenting a Covid diagnosis for travel insurance claims. Does anyone have recent experience with this? What kind of documentation do insurers typically require now? Any tips on making the process smoother if I need to file a claim?
