We're planning a short stay in Kotor, arriving at 7 am and leaving by 6 pm. Looking for suggestions on how to make the most of our day. Should we focus on exploring the Old Town, hike up to the fortress, or maybe take a boat trip around the bay? Any must-see spots or hidden gems we shouldn't miss? Also, recommendations for a quick but memorable lunch would be great!
