My wife and I had to cancel a flight from Chicago to Madrid due to my Covid diagnosis right before departure. Iberia offered us travel vouchers instead of a refund, which we accepted. However, when we tried to use them for a new booking, we encountered numerous issues – from the vouchers not being recognized in the system to being told they were expired, even though they shouldn’t be. Has anyone else faced similar problems with Iberia’s vouchers? How did you resolve it, or is this a common issue with them?
