Hi Everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself as I get settled in on this forum. As part of being a keen traveller, I am a current MSc student at a UK institution studying all things aviation management - hence one of my reason for writing this introduction!
As part of this course, I am studying how service quality and price influence passenger behaviours in their choice of airline for long-haul travel. As someone who has flown with full-service airlines and low-cost airlines for long-haul travel, I am particularly interested in how my own perceptions differ from everyone else's. This is why I am currently running a short survey for my study to gather a global perception of this, aiming to suggest how low-cost airlines can bridge the service quality gap by keeping air fares low (I know this may be slightly different to the discussions posted on this site). I would be incredibly grateful if you were able to take the time to answer a few short questions using the link below. Any participation is voluntary, so please do not feel pressured into having to participate - I want this to be a fun and engaging discussion that can hopefully benefit long-haul travel. Any responses submitted are fully anonymous and will only be used as a collective with the other responses obtained.
