Discussion Is Qatar Air's IT System Always a Hassle?

I've got a flight booked from JNB to CMB in a week, and honestly, I've tried to select my seats like 10 times over the last month or so, but their system just isn't cooperating. It seems like every time I log in, there's a glitch or something that prevents me from making any changes. Has anyone else faced issues with Qatar Air's IT? Is this a common thing, or am I just unlucky? Any tips on dealing with their system would be appreciated.
