Discussion Issues with Receiving Requested Tauck Tour Catalogs

I went on my first Tauck Tour (Grand European River Cruise) last summer and so enjoyed it that I booked two more back-to-back Tauck river cruises for this summer. A couple I befriended on the tour and with whom I have kept in close contact told me about their 'Magic of Morocco' Tauck Tour, so last Fall (September/October) I requested the 'Global Journeys and Safaris' which contains that tour. When the catalog didn't arrive in over a month, I repeated the process. When, once again, no catalog arrived, I CALLED and spoke with a Tauck agent who said she could see that I had ordered the catalogs and couldn't understand why they had not been sent. She said she would look into the matter and be sure I receive the catalog ASAP. Well, it's now been ~five months and I still haven't received it. I have USPS 'informed delivery' and I have received other mailings from Tauck as recently as this week, so I know it's not my mail carrier or post office. I'm guessing Tauck has a fulfillment center which processes and ships brochures for them. This can't be good for their business! I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience regarding catalogs and would appreciate any suggestions or advice.
