Advice Italian Lessons in Venice - Recommendations Needed

I'm planning to spend 3 weeks in Venice and I’m looking for beginner-level Italian lessons. I've heard about Istituto Venezia, but I’d love to know if anyone has experience with them. Are the lessons effective for complete newbies? Also, is it easy to balance classes with exploring the city? Any tips or insights would be super helpful!
