Discussion Keeping Vaccine Cards as Travel Keepsakes?

I still have my original vaccine card with all my vaccine updates... a great keepsake of our prior travels and health milestones. But with digital health passes becoming more common, I'm curious if others still hold onto their physical vaccine cards. Do you keep yours as a memento, or have you transitioned fully to digital? Also, have you ever needed your physical card while traveling recently?
