Discussion Key Card Issues at Hotel Kaiserhof Wien

I had a fantastic time in Vienna on my first RSE tour, but I ran into some trouble with my key card at Hotel Kaiserhof Wien. It kept deactivating, which was a bit frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to resolve it? Also, any tips for making the most out of a stay there would be appreciated!
