I've noticed that in different countries, what's called 'mutton' can actually refer to either lamb or goat meat, and it's got me curious. From my travels, I've seen that the taste, texture, and even the way they're cooked can vary a lot between the two. I'm wondering, for those who've tried both, which do you prefer and why? Also, in your experience, are there specific dishes where one clearly outshines the other? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and maybe even some recommendations for dishes to try.
