I recently came across a charming, relatively new restaurant in Evora called Lombardo, which opened in December 2021. It's owned by a young husband and wife team, Joam and Car. I'm curious if anyone here has had the chance to dine there yet? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the ambiance, the menu highlights, and any standout dishes you might recommend. Planning a trip to Evora soon and would love to add this to my list if it's worth it!
